What PEOPLE are saying about Amelia

Streamlined

Amelia’s program is streamlined. I’m not someone that enjoys going to the gym just to exercise but I love this program because it is focused and simple. After a few weeks, I feel stronger and I know I am stronger because my lifts have been recorded so I can see my progress. I’m 45 and have been experiencing symptoms of frozen shoulder. After the first workout my symptoms improved and with each session my shoulder continues to get better. When I started with Amelia, I was not sure what I would be able to do but she was able to scale each lift to my ability and go from there. After only a few weeks, I have full confidence in my lifts.

Stronger

I’ve enjoyed all my sessions with Amelia. I like that every lift is tracked so I can see the progress I’ve made getting stronger. I also feel stronger and I have noticed that I hold my shoulders and core better throughout the day. I also have noticed a reduction in minor aches and pains at the end of the day. I’m excited to continue with the program but I also appreciate that Amelia is educating me to be a self sufficient lifter in the near future.

Recovering

Amelia is helping me recover from a disc injury in my lower back. Her knowledge, patience and attention to detail are unparalleled. She listened intently to my initial questions and concerns and constantly explains the technique and benefits for every lift. Amelia helps me remain consistent, focused and confident in my recovery. Working in tandem with my physical therapist, she has enabled my strength to increase week over week. Not only that, she makes every session fun and enjoyable, is always supportive and encouraging, and shares her expertise with enthusiasm and encouragement. I highly recommend Amelia.
